When you purchase a package that includes identity monitoring and our online cyber guarantee, you will receive a welcome email that provides access to your personal dashboard. Once you provide information on your digital assets we will provide real-time monitoring and alerts. Once your account is active, our technology will continuously scan for breaches and leaked data, and if you suffer a cyber incident, you can access our identity restitution services, legal support and psychological assistance.

If you experience a cyber incident and need to restore your identity or manage a threat, you should inform the police within 24 hours and inform Digimune within 48 hours. To inform Digimune, simply login to your Digimune account and navigate to Claims Section ("Submit guarantee claim”). Once you provide details of the incident, including the nature of the cyber event, your personal information and any supporting documents or evidence related to the claim (such as legal or psychological impact), you then submit the claim for processing. Make sure you record your claim number. Our experts may follow up with additional questions or documentation requests, and they will guide you through our legal support and recovery services. You need to assist with any legal proceedings to ensure your claim can be resolved appropriately.
